Terrence Wickham: Chief Executive Officer, Director & Founding Partner (60)
Mr. Wickham is a seasoned and experienced executive with over 30 years of experience in running healthcare and healthcare-related businesses at a senior level. Over the past 8 years, he has been extensively involved in international business consulting activities across a broad multiplicity of disciplines and industries via his two international enterprise consulting businesses, Healthcare Initiatives and Simalog. In 2020, Terrence with several partners founded Africa Enterprise Partners (AEP), a highly specialised Merchant Bank in order to provide advisory services and to arrange finance mostly for large, complex infrastructure projects.
Terrence is an alumnus of the University of the Witwatersrand Graduate School of Business located in Johannesburg, South Africa. He holds significant experience in the research, development, and manufacturing of sophisticated healthcare technologies, having led several award-winning engineering teams. He has worked over the course of his career in senior executive positions for a variety of companies, such as large NYSE-listed multinational Mallinckrodt Medical, and has also owned and sold several healthcare companies, such as Trigate and Aquila Healthcare.
Terrence is highly adept at managing, directing, and leading at the complex juncture where applied research, advanced technologies, sophisticated manufacturing processes, regulatory conformance, marketing, sales and finance all come together in order to deliver successful commercial platforms within the context of highly demanding market verticals.
Terrence’s key attributes include: a proven capacity to run medical technology & pharmaceutical businesses at an operational level with overall P&L responsibility; an ability to provide strong strategic vision; a talent for enabling strategic development and initiation; the utilisation of good communication and customer relationship skills; and has a talent for providing strong yet flexible leadership.
Terrence is an astute strategic integrator and implementer of advanced technologies and a particularly skilled intermediary between the technical, commercial, and financial components of a business, particularly with regard to the professional staff involved, and implicitly understands the complex interplay between these various elements.
With the recent establishment of Cirrus Global Enterprise Partners, Terrence is very well-suited and equipped to lead as CEO, and to help provide early-stage and start-up client businesses with both the capital resources and the operational guidance that are always critical success factors.
David B. Stockard, Director (61)
Mr. Stockard is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in international and domestic business development concentrating primarily on the communications, energy, and natural resource sectors. David has served as a director of several domestic and international corporations. Operationally, he brings exceptional strategic planning and negotiation skills to the key focal areas of project organization, structure, and execution with a particular emphasis on the power generation industry.
David has lived and worked in the United States, Africa, Asia, and Europe. He is also presently the Principal and co-founder of Eastern Capital Partners LLC, an international consulting firm with core competencies that include, energy, power generation and communications infrastructure development. Eastern Capital under David’s leadership has successfully served a broad array of clients including Harvard University, Bank of America, Bank Boston, Fleet Bank, Commonwealth Edison, Con Edison, MITRE Corporation, AT&T, and several other multi-national corporations, and military contractors.
David, as a founder partner and director, now brings his significant intellectual heft and his earned experience to Cirrus Global for the benefit of its clients.
Christian Arthur (Cri) Hilmer, Director (72)
Mr. Hilmer’s career began working for a variety in Fortune 100 companies including IBM’s Data Processing Division in New York City and Pfizer’s Diagnostic Systems International Division. Subsequently, Cri began working exclusively with early-stage companies in order to build exit positions for them, that have included 3 Initial Public Offerings (IPO’s) and 5 acquisitions.
Cri’s international sales and marketing geographic responsibilities included the US, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. He has lived in France, the Netherlands, and the United States working in general management, new business development including in joint ventures, new product introductions for advanced technologies including informatics, robotic manufacturing systems, machine vision, medical imaging, hospital-based acute care monitoring, and diagnostic testing.
For the past 10 years, Cri has devoted his efforts to helping start-up company, APD, develop its T-E-C Reformer technology, its organizational structure, and its market readiness, which is now coming to full fruition.
APD conceived and perfected a novel approach of transforming carbon-based waste materials from raw feedstocks into valuable ultra-clean renewable transportation fuels along with a range of renewable gases, such as methane RNG) and hydrogen, and various other valuable liquid and gaseous commodities.
Cri, as a founder partner and director, now brings his substantial, real-world experience to Cirrus Global for the benefit of its clients.
Sandra Copeland, Chief of Administration & Finance, Director (55)
Ms. Copeland is a board-certified lawyer with over 10 years of practice to date at the bar, having originally graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand, in Johannesburg, South Africa with both Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce degrees.
Importantly however, Sandra has had over 20 years of prior experience in the corporate sector, operating at senior management levels with specific responsibility for the Corporate Administration and Finance functions, in both privately held and listed multinational corporations.
Sandra, as a founder executive, now brings her technical, financial, and legal skills to Cirrus Global for the benefit of its clients.
